“We were contracted to place the subgrade and pour 3D concrete paving for a 265,000 square foot truck parking facility in New Jersey. We were looking for a sub who could help us handle such a large volume of 3D grading. We heard of Coastal through others in our industry and had come highly recommended. From the beginning, Jacob kept in contact with us about how our job schedule was evolving and showed up when he said he would. His equipment is state of the art and he is very knowledgeable with CAD files and many other types of software used with grading applications. Jacob worked hand in hand with our company identifying areas with insufficient pitch and helped us make necessary changes. Once he had all our grades entered into his computer, he started placing material. His equipment placed the subgrade with extreme accuracy and often faster than we could receive the stone. He would place upwards of 1000 tons per day which advanced our grading schedule allowing our concrete placement crew to start their work ahead of schedule. We completed the project on schedule and our material was dead on. We will definitely use Coastal on future projects. Their team approach to completing our project as accurate and cost effective as possible was extremely valuable to us.”
